References are not found in MonoDevelop on Linux

Hi,

When generating projects with Prebuild for DSG.PEBuild, some references are not found. The solution is to write explicit relative paths to each entry in the configuration file (prebuild-PEPlugin.xml) rather than to rely on default path in . Attached is the patch that fixes the problem.
