lag is not working in kernel version 6.12.4 and ice 2.2.9 and 3.10

following error message came in dimes
ice ...: Error subscribing to SWID 0x0000

I want same message earlier also when in migrated from 6.3.x to 6.8.x and when this message stop coming in some release of ice driver then aonly I was able to migrate
it is workin with in-kerenl driver and ice 1.13.7 is crashing kernel after upgrading from debina 12to 13 i.e 6.6.60 to 6.12.4 KV
