Feature Request: "zero out" sensors

I would find it really useful to hav a way to 'zero out' the sensors in the editor-app.
meaning I want to be able to hold a sensor in a certain position, then press one button to tell the sensor that this position is zero.

I'm currently doing this in a probably overcomplicated way in pure data.
would be super useful to do this on the sensor side instead.
