Feature: Allow processing of a folder of files at a time #139

Summary:
Currently, Winnow is designed to process individual input files. For users dealing with large experiments, having to iterate over each file or combine files manually is time-consuming and limits scalability.
Proposed Feature
Extend Winnow to function in a batch processing mode that allows users to specify an input directory or glob pattern containing multiple files of a user-specific file type, over which experiment-wide FDR will be calculated.
