Create test to validate the correctness of the output #135

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the end-to-end and integration tests only test for functionality, If the output content is valid or not, it is not tested.
There should be tests to validate the correctness of the output to avoid making changes that make the output incorrect.
Describe the solution you'd like
Having a set of curated output files that should be compared against in the end-to-end tests.
