harvest CDS through dojson directly

Expected Behavior

CDS is harvested by using dojson directly. This is the right way since inspirehep/inspire-dojson#165 and allows to drop the harvesting-kit dependency.

Current Behavior

CDS is harvested by running harvesting-kit followed by dojson.
