Workflow timestamps don’t update

I'm not sure if this is a regression, but I've noticed that the Workflow relative timestamps (‘10 hours ago’, etc) aren’t always updating in the main grid view on macOS. This needs checking and fixing if it's a genuine problem on both macOS and iOS.
