Feature description

Hi, this feature allows you to change the URL for sharing Reddit posts like vxreddit, it is more friendly for embeds like in Discord and Telegram.

Motivation

The user, could change the URL, When they share a post it would be their link.

This makes third-party stuff, more easier, the user could link the URL with friendly embeds.
