SEB 1902 service failure

SEB can reply with a 1902 service code instead of 1901 when a transfer fails (see Teenus 1902). Currently such reply triggers "InvalidArgumentException: Unsupported service id: 1902"

To test this, click on "SEB" button in your demo form, click "Tühista tehnilistel põhjustel" and "Tagasi kaupmehe juurde"
