4116 RAMs output Data on DO when they should be Hi-Z

In certain - not fully understood - circumstances the RAM chip Subcircuit sets DO to low when it should be Hi-Z.

This can cause a simulation aborting short circuit when a RAM Chip in the other bank tries to output a high signal.

For now this error has been mitigated by disconnecting the DO lines of the upper RAM Bank and setting the jumpers for a 16k PET (instead of the available 32k)
