Rack 3 support

Hello, could you please add Rack v3 support?
Under the hood Dox uses Rack::Multipart.extract_multipart which stopped rewinding IO in 42aff22.
That leads to the failure in Dox::Formatters::Multipart when it's running on the app which uses Rack v3.

I have this problem too
I am currently trying the following and it works fine.
Just override Dox::Formatters::Multipart

require 'rack/constants'

module Dox
  module Formatters
    class Multipart
      def initialize(http_env)
        @http_env = http_env
      end

      def format
        JSON.pretty_generate(extracted_multipart)
      end

      private

      def extracted_multipart
        # Ensure the input stream is rewound before extracting multipart data
        if http_env.env[RACK_INPUT].respond_to?(:read)
          http_env.env[RACK_INPUT].rewind
        end
        Rack::Multipart.extract_multipart(http_env)
      end

      attr_reader :http_env
    end
  end
end

thank you for the suggestion, I did almost the same monkey patch and it works.
But it would be nice if maintainers handle this case in a newer versions.
