Can't find DB Schema

I don't know if you're still active on this project.
I was trying to build your project, but I can't find the required DB Schema to create my tables in supabase.

create columns for the data (refer to /server/models/labRequests for Schema)

This file is not in the repo.
I'd be glad if you could provide it, this app looks useful !
