request: mkbom CLI utility

Hi,

Can we please publish a Rust binary `mkbom` using the indigreg apple-bom implementation, as an alternative to macOS mkbom and the deprecated, C++ hogliux/bomutils?

Would love to see `mkbom` provided by the `apple-bom` crate!
