Better guide documentation and packaging

Change to any => to any -> or any = isn't reflected in the documentation.  Use of prefix when extending Route, while optional, afaik, isn't even covered.  Found it in the mailing list.  JavaDoc is also quite sparse it seems.

Also of concern is that Eclipse isn't able to locate source (probably since they're all located in the root directory of each source jar).
