[bug] BuWizz3 device is discovered as BuWizz2 if it has `BuWizz` name

If BuWizz3 device is renamed in BuWizz app to BuWizz, BC2 will discover it by scanning as BuWizz 2 device due to the check based on the complete local name advertised by the device.
