Slide 1 in "delivery-process.ppt" shows

And Slide 2 in "impact-map-structure.ppt" shows

In the case of the "Super-Fans with Mobile devices", the mapping to a User Story doesn't make sense.
For example:
As a SuperFan with a Mobile Device I want better pagination so that I can view more ads.
No user wants to view more ads, or stay longer on a website.
So I wonder, is this mapping visualized on "delivery-process.ppt" slide 1 actually helpful?
I would say No since a user story focuses on user needs, and an impact map focuses on changing user behavior. (I mean the user behavior we wish/hope to change).
