Standardize Code Examples in CONTRIBUTING.md

Current code examples are inconsistent. We should:

1. Use uniform Markdown code blocks (```python/js/css)
2. Add examples for each language
3. Include before/after examples for style guides

Files to modify:

• CONTRIBUTING.md (code standards section)
