### Warm-up

- Empathy, Compassion, and Respect

### Coding

- Used Lighthouse for accessiblity audit features
- Went through all of the self test criteria

## What We Learned

- Making the site accessible from the start is way easier and less work, but still definitely worth doing after the fact
- How to download a screen reader for Windows (NVDA)
- Using good accessibility practices improved the quality of the site holistically
- ARIA Live Regions
- General practices for good accessiblity for screen readers
