Cannot resolve assembly errors, with solution

Using EVS in a 1.9.1 game, I get the following error:

...which might rely on the same flaw as this one:

This warning started showing up since KSP 1.8. Something has changed in C# .Net 4.5 vs C# .Net 3.5. However, this never was a problem for the mods.
