Permission issues since upgrading to Laravel 4.1

Hi, since upgrading to 4.1 I get the following error on PDF generation:
Could not run command '' --bin '/var/www/docassembly/vendor/h4cc/wkhtmltopdf-amd64/bin/wkhtmltopdf-amd64' /var/www/docassembly/public/tmp/tmp_WkHtmlToPdf_1Ji2WE.html /var/www/docassembly/public/tmp/tmp_WkHtmlToPdf_WPB2Nl: sh: 1: : Permission denied

I checked all permissions and everything seems fine, any ideas?

the config option in phpwkhtmltopdf has changed, so this package needs to reflect this.
the config option is no longer "bin" but "binPath".
If you change it in the config file and in the service provider, it works fine again.

I have the same problem too. I changed "bin" to "binPath" in the config file and the service provider. However, there is still an error of Permission Denied.

Do you use vagrant? If so, set fmode for files to 777 or 755 or else all files in the shared dir won't be executable. I nearly lost my mind over this problem ;)

I am not using Vagrant. Is there anything else I should be looking at? Sorry, I am really lost on what to do next. On the net, there has been discussion but no solution.
