Glitchy torch

the torch has some problems. it grows and shrinks. The angle comparison is messed up in the shadow.glsl
as in #7

I am also not sure about the shadow.glsl file
It may be against "all game logic should be in python" rule

Have a look at the python code and see if we can get it to work on mac...
I'll handle it.
