Make deployment easier for others.

Several plugins currently rely on configuration items that need to be globally set. Furthermore, many of the plugins rely on password-protected services.

We need to go through and consolidate which services cannot be used by others (such as the pubmed and umls elasticsearch instances required for keyword suggestion). And we need to gradually provide alternatives that can be dropped in their place.

I don't expect all of this to be done any time soon, but getting something where someone can run something like QueryVis locally would be great. Then the focus can be placed on other plugins.
