Feature: Filter Issues Without Linked Pull Requests

Thanks for maintaining this repo, it’s been very helpful for finding open-source projects that match my skill set.

I’d like to propose adding an optional filter to exclude issues that already have a linked pull request (i.e. issues likely already being worked on or resolved).

Why this helps:

• Avoids duplicated effort from contributors
• Saves time by focusing on still-actionable issues
• Improves the experience for first-time contributors

Idea (high-level):

• Add a toggle like “Exclude issues with linked PRs”, like the "Only show issues with no assignee" existing toggle
• Detect linked PRs via GitHub API

If this sounds useful, I’m happy to work on the implementation.
