Add BGP table filter options?

For one thing it would be great to have a look at the IPv4 vs. IPv6 topologies separately. That is to be able to view graphs for IPv4 and IPv6 individually. On the other hand, we're also once more working on multicast support in dn42. And are aiming for a workshop at the 39c3 end of this month. For that a new multicast{4,6} table was added to the new GRC: https://lg.collector.dn42/route_generic/169.254.169.2/table%20multicast6

Especially for multicast this would be super helpful, because so far we don't have many participants yet. And I think having a visualization of the multicast topology could motivate people a lot.

Ideally, next to clickable filter/selection options it would be nice if the protocol could also be selected via a parameter in the URL.
