Implement proper error reporting for the parser

right now the error handling is barebones, need to implement analyzer and proper informative error printing and reporting

To properly do this during the semantic analysis the AST should be annotated with span tags and also tagging during the parsing phase with nom for syntactic error reporting. Also swapping to thiserror for error handling for nice ergonomics.
