Running ESM-2.py only produces Antigen.pkl and not the Heavy/Light embeddings

Hey,

As the title suggests, the ESM-2.py file doesn´t produce the protein embeddings that are required to run the model, only the Antigen.pkl is produced but no Heavy/Light chain. Seems like the ESM-2.py file has been truncated and the relevant code part is missing.
Any idea on how to fix it?
