Missing requirements

Thanks for this research and this repo. I ran the zero-shot script and found some dependencies missing. Specifically, in addition to the dependencies specified in the README, I needed to install matplotlib and pandas. Perhaps update the readme or even include a requirements.txt file?

Hello @jkdufair, I tried to run the zero shot script, but Im getting an error openai.error.InvalidRequestError: The model: code-davinci-002 does not exist. Since openai has depcrated codex. Did it run for you
