what is workflow in Windows?

In Windows, tmux cannot install because it doesnt support Windows.
How to setup it without tmux?

I am glad you like it! I would love to hear your feedback on what you think is good/bad and anything in between.

On Windows, you can use this plugin with TMUX on a WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux).

If that is not a solution you wish to use, I can try to think of alternatives.
