Allow Lua resources to require Lua libraries from the database

Since everything is stored in the database, Lua resources cannot require Lua libraries from the source directory of the website, as these are also in the database (and not treated as libraries at all).

SheepWool should manipulate Lua's package.searchers to allow requiring libraries from the database itself.
