Publish photos to the "Timeline Photos" album

This prevents Facebook from consolidating photos into "so-and-so posted n new photos" posts (which break bridgy's ability to do back feed on them)

It also makes photos look as if they were shared directly on facebook, instead of dumped into an album by a 3rd party app... bonus.
