File MHD1024-Vorticity.avi missing

File MHD1024-Vorticity.avi is missing from the repository. Maybe it should not be there anyway, but the project file for the Website includes it (Content Include="MHD1024-Vorticity.avi"). We should either add the file or fix the Website project file.
