Investigate moving GUI to qt

Description

wxPython is great! That said, an honest effort should be made to evaluate qt as well.

Acceptance Criteria

• Simple trace plot GUI working in qt.
• Performance comparison of plotting.

Which Qt Python binding are you considering? Qt for Python is now officially supported, but might not have as much learning materials, such as books and videos, as PyQt

Also, MNE-tools uses PyQt5, so it might be good to align efforts (as discussed previously).
