Unable to modify the number of JEH by hand

If we want to have multiple intervenants working on one phase of a study, the phase need to have at least one JEH at 450 euros per intervenant. The problem is, we need to be able to have 8 intervenants working on the same phase but for 300 euros per JEH (for example) but we can not set the number of JEH by hand as it is calculated automaticly
