Pre-trained Model Checkpoints - Baidu Netdisk Links Inaccessible

Hello @idejie,

Thank you for this excellent work! Your PlanLLM framework shows impressive results and I'm eager to evaluate the pre-trained models you've provided.

However, I'm unable to access the pre-trained model checkpoints as all the Baidu Netdisk links in the README appear to be inaccessible or expired.

Affected Links

All checkpoint links in section 5.2 are not working:

Would it be possible to:

1. Update the Baidu Netdisk links if they've expired, or
2. Provide alternative download sources such as:
   • Google Drive
   • Dropbox
   • OneDrive
   • Hugging Face Hub
   • Any other accessible cloud storage
