python3.x系だとドキュメント通りpipでインストールできない？ #3
Description
http://docs.idcf.jp/cloud/introduction/#install
を見てインストールを試したが、以下のエラーでこけた。
parsedatetime のインストールでこけているのでそちらに書くべきかもしれないが、既知であればドキュメントにpythonのバージョンが明記されていると嬉しい。
