If I am ICPER and I want to invite so that I can become mentor. I think my motivation is not NFT, because I want to help them learn ICPDAO so I would make a system that would give rewards for them to complete the tutorial to become ICPER.

If the person I invite wants to learn how to use ICPDAO I would then do a meeting with them, introduce them to development and show them some proposal that they can contribute to.

I think we should also have a rule to upvote and follow a Mentor. Mentors with a higher number of votes will receive status and higher reputation for their contribution. They must show that they are helpful to the community to upvote. It is also motivation to work hard and be helpful mentors.

Suggestion

If only ICCPER with MENTOR NFT can generate links, I think motivation to purchase NFT is not that high.

I have friends that would feel displeasure that they would need to own NFT in order to participate in mentor program.

So I think this is a common problem. Instead I would like to promote the ICPER to the status of Mentor first:

1. Give them more experience in ICPDAO to help others
2. They will be able to have a better understanding how to make money.
3. They can afford Mentor NFT because they have made some valuable contributions.
4. They can afford Mentor NFT because they fully understand Mentor system.
5. Someone who is a Mentor should also be able to generate Mentor NFT and to a friend.

This would be my suggestion to help marketing Mentor NFT, otherwise anyone can buy Mentor NFT and the value will not be much.

• Junior -> Mentor relationship.
• Mint fee should not be expensive.
• Metadata to ICPER profile.
• Bootstrap development.
• Organise developers.

On social platform prototype — TAI.finance (Think About It) or ICPDAO website.

1. Connect with your mentor profile.
2. Governance on ICPDAO development.
3. To organise and manage a group of developers.
4. Providing an incentive mechanism for ICPER.
5. Open source community and display contributions.

• About avatar I am not sure how to do it yet

1. One is character, can link to peopleland or other
2. They can choose their own avatar, perhaps uses github
3. Issue a randomized avatar, need some suggestions for it.

NFT is not required to use ICPDAO is it?

This is what i had in mind for Organization NFT for TAI.finance
I decided NFT wasn't needed.
Similar to your MentorNFT idea.
I think it's too early to expect people to mint NFT to raise money for anything I make
So I hope to release token that is easier to promote marketing and I will support your MentorNFT
