Scrolling isn't sufficiently fluid #186
Description
The scrolling on the photo search page doesn't behave as expected. I can scroll and the images do not move fluidly up the page, then seem to get 'stuck' as I move the scrolling bar. The result is that it takes a long time to scroll down a long set of images.
This should be more fluid and behave like a 'natural' scroll bar.
