Circle Pad has Y-axis input inverted

By running joy.cpl while the 3DS is connected, down goes up and up goes down. Not sure if the right stick is affected. D-Pad works fine though.
Tested on O2DS with no other controllers connected. Server is on Windows.

@namenamenam If you still need a fix for it you can open the pc.py file and search for
gamepad.left_joystick(map_axis_value(circlepad_x), map_axis_value(-circlepad_y))
in the handle__controller function and change it to
gamepad.left_joystick(map_axis_value(circlepad_x), map_axis_value(circlepad_y)).
Idk if it's the propper way to do it but it works.
