Add version to API reference links

As the API evolves new classes are added and others are removed. For example, 0.2 removes the Service class, and when we publish the new API the unversioned links to the Service class will be broken.

At some point, we should keep the API docs for several versions available online, and have docs link to the versioned API reference.
