Expiring soon badge

A number badge on the icon denoting the number of items expiring within one month could be useful (as an option)

I found the followign library that should help https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_app_badger - the issue then becomes that it would only update when running. Maybe some sort of background service to update the count on some interval (maybe configurable).
