RFE support conversion of ASCII to katakana etc

ibus-anthy version?: 1.5.12 (fedora)

Issue description:
Currently ibus-anthy does not support converting ASCII directly to Japanese script I think.
It would be nice to be able to define such conversions and in the future also
extend the anthy dictionaries with such data: maybe from SKK dictionaries, etc.
