FSUMF061 Cannot format

my zos 2.3 install of node.js is
bash-4.3$ node --version
v14.17.2
bash-4.3$ npm --version
6.14.13

but
bash-4.3$ npm help config
FSUMF061 Cannot format /Service/Node.js/usr/lpp/IBM/cnj/v14r0/IBM/node-v14.17.2-os390-s390x-202108041707/lib/node_modules/npm/man/man1/npm-config.1
bash-4.3$
(same error with omvs default /bn/sh shell)
is there any recommended way to fix this issue.

it is because z/OS man cannot read this format of man page, but the documentation should be same as upstream and searchable on the npm site
