STEPLIB for running npm on Mainframe

Hi Team,

server: mainframe
OS : zOS 2.2
npm : npm --version fails.

IBMUSER:/S0W1/var/zowe/zowerun/nodejs: >npm
[1] + Done(137) npm
83951718 Killed /var/zowe/zowerun/nodejs/bin/npm

I tried to fix it as per the instructions in
#90

but in the issue it is said that we need to use a STEPLIB. can I know to what dataset do we need to point this STEPLIB to.
