Put NEW/OLD graphics option inside 'Options' screen

New/Old option might be inside the Options screen.

It must be at the same screen where 'Shape spawn rate' and 'Shift increment' are.

Also switch it to a switch 😄 e.g. 'Use old graphics'; If you set it True, the old graphics are used. Otherwise, well, you already know :)
