This feature integrates the "Crystal Logic" architecture from Jules (PR #383) and adapts key logic from the VL-JEPA paper (https://arxiv.org/html/2512.10942v1), specifically "Selective Decoding" and "Predictive Embedding".

- Merge Crystal Logic: Incorporate the foundational structures from PR Implement Crystal Logic Architecture #383.
- Adapt Selective Decoding: Implement logic to skip decoding/processing when semantic variance in the polarization signature is low.
- Predictive Embeddings: Enhance the
HoloPacketflow to support predictive states (Prediction vs Target).
