Using external frameworks

I was trying to use a 3rd party Bootstrap component. I would have liked to been able to add a reference to its CSS and JS. There does not appear to be a method to include external frameworks or components. I attempted to include the javascript by added close tags for the script (e.g., http://www.bootply.com/eceWkqMbDO), but that resulted in several XSS Auditor issues (e.g., The XSS Auditor refused to execute a script in 'http://www.bootply.com/run' because its source code was found within the request. The auditor was enabled as the server sent neither an 'X-XSS-Protection' nor 'Content-Security-Policy' header.).
