Cannot find GGeditor in Google Docs Add-ons

In current documentation, the How to install section provides an incorrect link, which leads to the non-existing webpage:

Unfortunately, I cannot find the GGeditor addon in the Docs add-ons list:

Google had have many changes on both Store and "security policy" for add-ons. The GGeditor has had being passed but now it goes to be "pendding" on publishing. It seems that the GGEditor has been moved to "Chrome Web Store" but the Chrome Web Store does not recognize why this Google Doc's add-on was there.

Note: The so-called "manifest" is a text file required by Chrome-extension. A Google docs add-on did not be required to have one (it is created by the script editor on web). Guessing the "manifest" might be created by some scripts in Google's backend.

On the other hand, the G-Suite Marketplace seems to be the place where add-ons supposed to be under the new policy. So there is also a list of add-ons there. Here it is:

There are 4 add-ons in above image, the Text-Factory and GGEditor are my works but the other two (Cacoo and Google Data Studio) are not. Which means not only my add-ons but also others have the same problem. They are not allowed to be in the G-Suit marketplace.

In brief, I think that the add-ons are now refugees among Google products.
