Add an option for appending to the query list instead of replacing it

If you don't already have a pete file for your queries, you would need to create a pete entry for every query that already exists just to add one query. It would would be nice to have an option that would append to the query list instead of replacing it.

That is a good idea. I actually have a command almost done for that. It should be pretty quick to put in.
