Create a rake task for clean-up and converting to real repo

Running rake stacker:release should ask user for application name and convert repository to a project specific repository.

• Remove .git/ (maybe run git init?)
• Remove features/
• Change copycopter cookbook name to application's name
• Create a new README and rename old readme
