Error when updating firmware of the Create3 unit from TurtleBot4

Hello everyone,

I would like to report an error that occurs when trying to update the firmware of the Create3 unit on my TurtleBot4. Here are the details:

• I attempted to upgrade from Humble version 2.3 to a higher Humble version. During this process, I receive the following error:

command ["/usr/bin/ota_install.sh","-f", "/data/latest_ota.swu"] exited with code 1

• The update fails both when I start the firmware update from the PC via upload and when I try to load the firmware onto the Create3 unit via an internet connection.
• Additionally, the attempt to upgrade to Create3 Release I.0.0 was also unsuccessful.
• A factory reset unfortunately did not improve the situation.

Currently, my Raspberry is configured with ROS2 Humble, but I would like to switch to ROS2 Jazzy.

I would appreciate any support or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
